For 20 years, Rick Rassier used the “One Man Volleyball Team”  platform in school assemblies to challenge students all over the country to set goals and be chemically free.  In 2002 he built a Challenge Course on his property with a 60’ climbing tower and other high elements.  Since 2010 he has taken the training entirely on the road working with over 250 teams a year.  Rick has also been teaching since 1989. His mission in life is simple… challenging people in all walks of life to take their lives to the Next Level!  He has always been passionate about what he does, but when he died five years ago for over 27 minutes, his new life theme became, "Every minute has a purpose"!
